As a Project Coordinator with Coates, you will coordinate the mobilisation, installation and delivery of accommodation and site solutions projects. Working closely with customers, contractors, suppliers and internal teams, you'll help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

 

This is a 12 month fixed term contract suited to someone who enjoys being on site, coordinating multiple stakeholders, solving problems and driving successful project outcomes. You will be based at our Welshpool branch with regular travel to customer sites. 

 

 

You'll enjoy variety in your role including:

 

  • Leading the delivery of accommodation and site solutions projects from mobilisation through to handover 
  • Coordinating site schedules, installation activities, contractors and suppliers to achieve project milestones safely and on time 
  • Building productive relationships with customers, sales teams and key stakeholders throughout project delivery
  • Managing site mobilisation activities and coordinating resources across multiple project locations 
  • Coordinating vendor and supplier requirements to ensure materials, equipment and services are delivered to specification 
  • Overseeing site inductions and ensuring all health, safety and compliance requirements are met 
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and resolving day-to-day operational challenges 
  • Supporting project reporting, variations and delivery coordination 
  • Driving successful project outcomes through effective planning, communication and leadership

 

What you'll bring to the role

 

  • Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers, stakeholders and site-based project activities within construction, facilities, accommodation villages, modular infrastructure or mining services environments
  • Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills 
  • Experience supporting project delivery from mobilisation through to completion 
  • Sound understanding of workplace health, safety and compliance requirements 
  • Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in fast-paced site environments 
  • Confidence engaging with clients, contractors and Tier 1 construction partners on active project sites
