The LEAP program is designed to identify and develop high performing, future female leaders at Coates.
The program enables high potential talent to gain new knowledge and capabilities and better understand their personal brand, strengths and behaviours that will drive them towards excelling in their careers. The program covers topics such as learning agility, business acumen, habits, accountability, advocacy and much more.
The program is supported by a range of senior Leaders from across the business acting as program Sponsors, who provide advice and guidance through interactive panel discussions and forums.
