Injury management

At Coates we have a "Safety First- Zero Harm" culture and believe that all incidents are preventable. However, if an injury does occur we will work with the injured worker and their treating health professional to rehabilitate and return them to work to their fullest potential capacity in the shortest time possible.
Wherever possible, Coates will provide suitable alternative duties to assist the worker's rehabilitation, consistent with the parameters set by their treating health professional.
