Are you a sales leader who thrives on driving results, inspiring teams, and building strong customer relationships? Coates is looking for a Regional Sales Manager – SEQ to lead and empower a team of Account Managers and Internal Sales Support across SEQ. This is your opportunity to make a real impact — shaping strategy, delivering revenue growth, and elevating customer experience across a key region.

 

What you’ll do

In this dynamic and high-impact role, you will:

  • Lead with purpose by providing direction, motivation, and guidance to a high-performing sales team, unlocking their full potential and driving engagement.
  • Be customer-focused by working alongside your team to engage with key customers, understand their business, and develop tailored solutions that deliver results.
  • Drive strategic growth by contributing to the creation and execution of robust Account Management Plans that turn opportunities into revenue.
  • Develop talent by coaching, mentoring, and developing your team to ensure they consistently exceed sales targets and grow professionally.
  • Shape the sales strategy by influencing regional sales initiatives, optimising performance, and ensuring alignment with wider business goals.

 

What you’ll bring

To succeed in this role, you are a passionate and results-driven sales leader with proven experience in driving team performance. Your background ideally includes selling services into construction, manufacturing, government, or related industries.

You will also bring:

  • Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and manage a high-performing sales team
  • A track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships that drive revenue growth and loyalty
  • Strong business planning, strategy development, and execution experience
  • Expertise in strategic selling, both personally and through your team
  • A relevant tertiary qualification is preferred
