Here’s how you’ll be a part of our team
- Attractive hourly rates + Penalty rates on overtime
- Permanent full-time position
- Monday to Friday roster, 7am start
Based at the Coates Morwell branch, you'll be responsible for making sure our equipment is ready for hire, by assisting with the safe and efficient maintenance, service and repair of our extensive range of hire equipment.
Your typical day will focus on:
- Promote a Safety-First culture – talk about safety to your colleagues and customers.
- Undertake fault finding and diagnostics across a variety of equipment
- Manage the maintenance and servicing schedule of equipment
- Maintain service records
- Demonstrate a clear and open communication with management
- Possess a flexible approach to changes in requirements
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Prioritise competing tasks within a fast-paced environment

What you’ll bring to the role
- A positive and helpful attitude – you enjoy being part of a team.
- 1-2 years’ experience within the construction, mining or engineering industries
- Mechanical trade qualification is highly desirable
- A current drivers licence (Forklift and EWP ticket desirable)
- Troubleshooting, diagnostic and preventative maintenance skills
- Effective time management, attention to detail and sound communication skills
- Direct customer interaction with a strong service ethic
