This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of capital expenditure (CapEx) administrative services, supporting the end-to-end capital investment process

 

You’ll enjoy variety in your role including:

  • Collate investment documentation such as the HFI schedule, and post-implementation reviews to ensure accountability and performance tracking, and coordinate presentations at Investment Committee meetings.
  • Collaborate with BU Asset Services Managers and national Product Managers to prepare high-quality investment proposals aligned with Investment Committee standards.
  • Evaluate and analyse capital investment requests (up to ~$1M), including financial modelling and data-driven business case development. Review smaller BAU submissions (<$250k) and make recommendations for approval or rejection.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives, contribute to technology enhancements for the Capex process, and support broader finance or operational projects as required.
  • Champion a Safety-First culture, comply with company policies, and undertake additional duties in line with organisational needs and your skillset.

  • Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholder requests
  • Strong communicator and team player, able to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset and solid understanding of financial systems and processes
  • Experienced in administrative tasks using workflows and/or excel, business writing, and financial process improvements; capital equipment industry experience highly regarded
