The Asset Services Manager is responsible for leading a team of Regional Service Managers, Fleet Deployment and Administration teams to ensure high performance delivery of asset related activities and services in a Business Unit. This role needs to seek continuous improvement in ways to maximise asset performance to achieve greater return on investment.

You’ll enjoy variety in your role including:

  • Champion a Safety-First culture across all operations and customer interactions.
  • Lead strategic fleet planning, utilisation, and asset improvement initiatives to drive profitability.
  • Oversee service operations, repairs, compliance, and supplier performance to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage budget performance and ensure effective deployment of fleet and resources aligned with business priorities.

  • Understanding of fixed assets register
  • Fleet management protocols and processes
  • Understanding of Coates Hire Business (desirable)
  • Knowledge of Business Unit budget requirements (desirable)
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong stakeholder experience
