Based out of Mildura with travel across regional Victoria, you’ll report to the Regional Sales Manager.

 

This is a true territory ownership role. You’ll grow existing customers and win new business to drive revenue and market share by understanding your customers’ world, influencing decisions and delivering value across the full sales cycle.

What you’ll do

 

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing and account growth
  • Build relationships while growing accounts and winning new business
  • Understand customer projects to position solutions that drive value
  • Maintain a strong sales cadence including planning your week, managing call cycles and maintaining customer engagement
  • Manage pipeline, CRM, forecasting and activity discipline
  • Collaborate internally to deliver on commitments and close opportunities
  • Track performance and adjust your approach to hit targets

 

What you’ll bring

 

  • 1–2+ years’ experience in sales, account management or business development
  • Understanding of sales cycles, customer buying behaviours and how to influence outcomes
  • Proactive, commercial mindset with a strong drive to win new business and grow accounts
  • Confidence engaging customers, uncovering needs and closing opportunities
  • The ability to plan, prioritise and operate within a structured sales rhythm and territory plan
  • Strong relationship-building skills, balanced with a clear focus on performance & results
  • Resilience, ownership and the ability to work autonomously in a field-based role
  • CRM discipline and the ability to manage pipeline, activity and data effectively
  • Experience in construction, civil or hire is advantageous, but not essential
