Title: Senior Developer
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Developer to lead the design, development and enhancement of high-quality, scalable software solutions across our digital ecosystem.
In this role, you’ll drive the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, while working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams. You’ll play a key role in shaping technical direction, mentoring developers, and ensuring delivery excellence across our platforms.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead design, development, and maintenance of scalable, secure applications and integrations
- Drive full lifecycle delivery—from ideation through to deployment and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex full-stack issues
- Champion code quality through reviews, testing, and CI/CD practices
- Optimise application performance and identify bottlenecks
- Ensure security best practices are embedded and vulnerabilities addressed
- Introduce and embed new technologies, frameworks, and engineering standards
- Mentor developers and foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment
- Support production teams to resolve issues and improve user experience
What You’ll Bring
- 5–7+ years’ experience in software development
- Strong expertise in C# .NET, React.js, Vue.js, and SQL
- Experience designing scalable architectures and applying design patterns
- Proven ability to optimise performance and resolve complex technical issues
- Solid understanding of web security best practices
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to Azure (PaaS preferred)
- Strong data modelling and SQL optimisation skills
- Demonstrated experience leading development from concept to production
- Exceptional communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
- Passion for mentoring and developing others
Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Microsoft Azure certifications (highly regarded)
