Based at our Mascot headquarters and reporting directly to the Head of Remuneration & Benefits, you’ll be responsible for ensuring employee remuneration is in alignment with company policies and guidelines, is competitive, and compliant with legal requirements. 

You’ll enjoy variety in your role including:
•    Supporting and implementing remuneration practices and policies that align with the People & Safety strategy.
•    Conducting job evaluations, benchmark roles and analyse market data by participating in and submitting to relevant surveys.
•    Supporting and facilitating annual review processes, including remuneration, incentives and performance review cycles. 
•    Assisting in the implementation of incentive schemes and reporting on outcomes to monitor and ensure effectiveness.
•    Supporting and promoting benefits programs including liaising with third party vendors
•    Providing specialist advice and guidance on remuneration and benefits inquiries, ensuring best practices are followed

What you’ll bring to the role
•    Tertiary qualifications in HR or a business-related discipline, and/or proven experience in a similar role 
•    3+ years' experience in analysing data and metrics to inform business decisions. 
•    Familiarity with KornFerry Job Evaluation methodology desirable
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. 
•    Proven ability to monitor, review, and enhance People processes and systems to ensure continuous improvement
•    Critical thinker with strong numerical skills and an analytical growth mindset.
