The Motor Vehicle Fleet Specialist is responsible for overseeing the management, maintenance, and operations of the company’s fleet of vehicles. This includes ensuring vehicles are regularly serviced, maintained, and compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

 

You’ll enjoy variety in your role including:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the vehicle fleet, including ensuring all vehicles are properly maintained and available for use when needed.
  • Schedule routine maintenance for all fleet vehicles together with Fleet companies
  • Ensure all vehicles are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Assist in the acquisition of new vehicles, including research, negotiations, and purchasing

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in fleet management, logistics, or a similar administrative role
  • Strong stakeholder influencing and commercial negotiation skills
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competent skills in managing databases
