- 8:00am-4:00pm Shift (flexible and subject to change)
Coates Digital Operations Centre is based at our head office in Mascot and is comprised of Digital Inbound Customer Support Officers.
This position is focused on inbound customer enquiries via online channels, such as email and our website. Your day will include:
- Providing customers with product and service information
- Compiling quotes, upselling and cross-selling to convert opportunities into sales
- Liaising with our branch network to source equipment for customers
- Logistics support for equipment deliveries, transfers, and pick-ups
Prior to servicing customers, you’ll receive comprehensive training to equip you to deliver a seamless experience for our customers.
Please note that you may be required to work weekends on a rotating roster.

- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills are essential
- Ability to convey complex information clearly to a diverse customer base
- Experience using Outlook, sales and booking systems
- Proactive behaviour and able to think outside the box for solutions
- Strong drive to convert quotes into sales
- Eager to continuously learn new things
