- Permanent full-time position – 38hr week
- Corporate office at Mascot office – close to cafes & public transport
Reporting directly to the AR Billings Team Lead, responsibilities will include submitting invoices to the Coates’ top and mid-tier customer accounts, ensuring that invoicing has been completed within the Coates timelines, and relationship management is efficiently maintained.
Join us at Coates National Head Office in Mascot, which is conveniently located a short two-minute walk from Mascot Train Station and surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shops, and gyms.
Work from home option is available for one (1) day a week which is on a rotating roster.
Description of the role:
- Entering invoices via portals, such as Ariba
- Accurately recording and executing Cher Reports, Invoice Detail Reports, Site IQ Reports, Summary Invoicing
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of discrepancies
- Customer account and relationship management
- Taking part in user testing of new AR processes and technologies
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Excellent verbal and written communication is essential
- High accuracy and analytical skills
- Pro-active, self-starter, and able to work autonomously without constant supervision
- Keen to learn new methods and technologies
- Experience processing high volumes of invoices within SLA’s
- MS Office skills including intermediate Excel
- Familiarity with Ariba and other portals is beneficial
- Certification in finance or credit management is beneficial
