  • Permanent full-time position – 38hr week, 9am to 5pm
  • Stylish Mascot office – close to cafes and public transport

 

As part of the Finance team, you will help to process supplier invoices for transactions completed across our network.

Your role will involve:

  • Daily Clearing of APAY/BU Rejections
  • Attending phone queries between 9am - 5pm. 
  • Daily Invoice Verification via ABBYY Flexicapture Invoice Processing Platform
  • Reconcile and manage existing assigned creditor accounts adhering to supplier payment terms
  • Resolving aged, disputed and daily rejected invoices to facilitate payment
  • Manage and resolve internal stakeholder queries as well as external supplier enquiries in a timely manner using JIRA ticketing system.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Previous experience with a large employer, managing medium to high invoice volumes
  • Ability to understand systems and data issues
  • Medium to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience with large ERP System (for example Baseplan & Automated Invoice Systems ABBYY Flexicapture)
