The Project Manager – Installations will work across and manage all installation project work covering the full project lifecycle of water treatment, structural and ground retention projects.

 

You’ll enjoy variety in your role including:

  • Drive a proactive approach to growing share of wallet by regularly meeting with relevant Sales and technical teams to deeply understand the client’s plans and needs
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on project delivery and scheduling
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure fabrication requirements and consumables are on time, within budget and as per specification
  • Drive the strategic plans related to leading, planning and managing projects and project teams
  • Ensure effective financial and cost management of project plans are achieved by meeting agreed budget, revenue, KPI’s and profitability targets
  • Management and development of overall project delivery and support infrastructure and resources
  • Establish and mobilise a strong and reliable project team/s, ensure relentless customer focus and service, understand system and site safety requirements and any additional services and resources needed to fulfil the project / scope of work and project manage the job
  • Train, develop & monitor performance of project team/s and manage their development to maximise employee engagement, productivity and business results
  • Work with Solutions teams and client to ensure all variations are captured and presented to client in timely manner to reduce disputed invoices

What you’ll bring to the role

  • 5 years + experience in project managing large installation projects
  • Technical knowledge desirable in pumps, shoring, propping and dewatering
  • Demonstrated strong customer relationship capability and sales experience
  • Experienced in managing and leading successful teams
