Primarily based in our Kingston office with some travel to other local branches as required from time to time, this permanent full-time role offers a well-defined career pathway, a supportive and fun team culture, and flexibility to help you balance work and life.
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our North Business Unit sales team. You’ll ensure processes run smoothly, customer information is accurate, and reporting is delivered on time — enabling the team to focus on driving revenue and delivering exceptional customer service.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll provide high-level administrative and reporting support to the sales admin team, including:
- Management of the North Sales Support inbox
- Generating monthly internal sales reports and dashboards
- Completing Business Unit customer project reporting requirements
- Managing customer supplier compliance systems
- Maintaining customer profiles and access in Coates Connect
- Managing third party portal compliance
- Generating purchase orders for sales team as required.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, approvals and bookings for the sales team.
- Supporting the integrity and continuous improvement of sales administration processes procedures
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders across the business, ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency in everything you do.
