We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager - Specialist to lead the operational performance of our specialist business managing branch and installation teams and contractors across Engineering Solutions, Traffic & Events, Industrial Services and Power & HVAC. This role has up to 50 direct reports. Reporting to the Executive General Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our specialist operations are equipped to deliver safe, efficient and consistent customer outcomes.
As the operational counterpart to our Solutions Sales Team, you will be responsible for aligning operational capability, fleet readiness and workforce planning with customer demand. You'll oversee branch performance, improve operational efficiency, drive compliance and ensure specialist solutions are delivered safely on time and to the highest standard.
This is a senior leadership role requiring regular travel, strong stakeholder engagement and a passion for building high-performing teams and operational excellence.

What you’ll bring to the role
- Demonstrated experience leading a strong safety-first culture across operational, branch or field-based environments
- Proven success managing fleet, labour, scheduling and service delivery to achieve customer and business outcomes
- Strong operational leadership experience across multiple sites, branches or regions
- Ability to lead, coach and develop operational leaders and high-performing teams
- Experience managing fleet readiness, branch compliance and installation delivery simultaneously
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer commitments, operational capability and resource planning
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across operational, sales and support functions
- Experience within Traffic & Event Solutions, Engineering Solutions (Water & Structural), Industrial Services, Power & HVAC, construction, hire, infrastructure or related industries will be highly regarded
- Relevant tertiary qualification, trade background or equivalent operational leadership experience
