Title: Product Specialist - Traffic
As a Traffic Product Specialist (based in Ingleburn), you will be a key driver of revenue growth and strategic product management within our sales and products team. Your role will involve developing tactical product plans, collaborating with sales teams, and delivering exceptional customer service in the traffic management product space.
Your typical day will focus on:
- Lead and contribute to our Safety First - Zero Harm culture, ensuring the highest standards of safety in all product activities.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic product plans to maximise revenue and market penetration.
- Ability to collaborate with sales teams to create consistency in product strategies across the NSW sales regions.
- A strategic mindset to be able to provide product pricing recommendations and support sales force with customer presentations and training.
- Focus on market trends, regulations, and customer needs to drive product development and offerings.
- A solution focused mindset; Thinking outside the square!
- Assist the fleet team in developing ‘cradle to grave’ asset management strategies for specific products.
What you’ll bring to the role
- Strong knowledge of traffic management regulations, with desired experience in traffic engineering, construction, design, or planning.
- Previous Hire or Capital Sales experience working with Traffic products.
- Technical aptitude in traffic products, including familiarity with relevant software and tools. (i.e.: Use of Procore, or similar systems | CAD/Planning Tools)
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
