At Coates Karratha, we're looking for a Customer Service Coordinator who enjoys working with people and thrives as part of a close-knit team.

As the first point of contact for customers, you'll manage enquiries, coordinate equipment solutions and support the day-to-day operations of our branch. Working alongside a small team, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for customers while contributing to a supportive and collaborative workplace.

What you'll be doing

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email and face-to-face interactions
• Manage customer enquiries and support requests through a shared inbox
• Process hire documentation, quotations and customer requests
• Coordinate equipment deliveries, pick-ups, transfers and servicing requirements
• Build strong relationships with customers across a range of industries
• Work closely with the branch team to deliver practical equipment solutions
• Support the day-to-day running of a busy branch
• Pitch in wherever needed to help customers and support the team

What you'll bring

• Experience in customer service, administration, coordination or internal sales
• Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with customers both in person and over the phone
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
• A proactive mindset and the ability to determine what needs immediate attention and what can wait
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence using systems such as Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel
• A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
