- Permanent full-time position – 38hr week
- Monday to Friday & no weekends!
Reporting to the Fyshwick Service Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating a team of Field Service Mechanics within a designated service area and ensuring all breakdowns reported on customer sites are responded to and dealt with promptly and safety. You may also find yourself having to source repair advice over the phone in those times to assist our mechanics.
- Assigning daily service tasks and coordinating long-term hire servicing to our Workshop and Field Service Mechanics
- Assist with maintenance demands and budget requirements
- Liaising directly with customers during potentially difficult or frustrating times
- Drive service efficiency and improvement project initiatives through the field service team

What you’ll bring to the role
You may have run a workshop, a mechanical trade team, or supervised field service staff in the past. Or you may be fantastic at organising an efficient breakdown service.
Either skill set will also require:
- Intermediate computer skills (particularly MS Excel and Word)
- An ability to self-manage your own time and workload accordingly
- The need to be detail and process orientated, able to understand maintenance processes and document them for our records.
- An appreciation of (or understanding of) the legal requirements (compliance) for servicing plant and equipment.
