We are looking for a Team Leader to oversee and manage a team of Customer Service Coordinators, ensuring they deliver outstanding service and experiences to our customers across the Greater Sydney area. This role supports a range of projects, from small-scale initiatives to major infrastructure and construction developments.
You’ll enjoy variety in your role including:
- Ensuring the safety of your team and Coates customers
- Oversee strict adherence to customer contractual agreements, and customer and site compliance procedures
- Frequent day-to-day coaching or training to develop on team strengths and improvement areas
- Lead and develop the team, ensuring top-tier customer service while managing pre-start meetings and site inductions as required.

What you’ll bring to the role
- Senior Customer Service Coordinator experience in a branch setting, leading by example in a team environment will be highly regarded
- Proven resilience and adaptability in responding to evolving situations and customer demands.
- Previous experience in managing a team with KPI’s
- Team Leadership / People Management experience will be highly regarded
