Responsible for providing a high level of assistance to the Branch Manager (based in Erskine Park), the Project Supervisor will help ensure efficiency in operations, compliance across policy and procedure, and ensuring exceptional customer service from our staff. This in turn will assist meeting branch revenue, fleet utilization and customer loyalty targets. This position also plays an important role in the training of new staff and further development of existing staff all whilst ensuring a high level of adherence to safety standards.
You’ll enjoy variety in your role including:
- Lead a team of two (2) permanent staff & multiply contractors providing exceptional customer service via Phone, Email and Face-to-Face
- Manage staffing levels, rostering, leave and performance management
- Organize, lead and record daily prestart meetings
- Liaise with Internal & External Stakeholders as well as your own team to ensure orders, repairs, and site works are managed effectively and relevant documentation is processed correctly and efficiently
- Coach and mentor your team to ensure they are up to date with current product specifications, policies/procedures, IT systems and HSEQ compliance requirements
- Drive continuous improvement to improve efficiency while working on customer sites & within the branch

What you’ll bring to the role
- Ideally you will have experience in a similar position gained from within construction, engineering, technical or similar industries where your developing leadership capability and character have engaged teams to perform at their best.
- Sound operational management experience.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen
- A “can do” attitude, a positive nature, and are adaptable to change
- A genuine care factor about both high levels of customer service and ensuring safety.
