As the Senior Customer Service Coordinator at our Edinburgh branch, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Hub Manager with the efficient management and day-to-day operations of the branch. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee branch administration, customer service delivery, and safety while driving a high-performing team culture.

 

You’ll enjoy variety in your role, including:

 

  • Overseeing branch administration and customer service operations to ensure smooth daily performance
  • Supporting and collaborating closely with the Senior Customer Service Coordinator network and leadership team
  • Leading and inspiring a team of Sales Coordinators to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Driving a strong safety-first culture for both team members and customers
  • Ensuring timely and effective communication, keeping all stakeholders informed and maintaining strong internal collaboration
  • Creating the best outcomes for customers by developing quotes, raising purchase orders, and managing hire agreements
  • Managing administrative tasks, including asset and quality management
  • Taking ownership of competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • General computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
