As the Senior Customer Service Coordinator at our bustling Eagle Farm branch, you’ll be responsible for providing a high level of support to the Branch Manager in the efficient management and general operations of the branch.
We’re looking for someone who knows how to work with customers — whether that’s in equipment rental, retail, trades, logistics, hospitality, or manufacturing — and is ready to apply their experience in a new setting.
Your role will include a variety of responsibilities, such as:
- Ensuring the safety of your team and Coates customers
- Leading and inspiring a team of Sales Coordinators to deliver outstanding customer service – you understand that a happy customer is a returning customer and take pride in helping the team meet their targets
- Creating the best outcomes for our customers – developing quotes, raising purchase orders, and entering hire agreements
- Managing administrative tasks, assets, and quality processes

What you’ll bring to the role:
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting and leading a team
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- General computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Trade or hire industry experience (highly regarded)
