We currently have a Team Leader – Platinum position available, overseeing and managing a team of Platinum Customer Service Coordinators ensuring they provide exception service and experience to our Top Tier Customers and Major Projects.
You’ll enjoy variety in your role including:
- Ensuring the safety of your team and Coates customers
- Oversee strict adherence to customer contractual agreements, and customer and site compliance procedures
- Frequent day-to-day coaching or training to develop on team strengths and improvement areas
- Supervise the team to the Coates Platinum customer service standards and developing staff in the team, running or participating in daily pre-start meetings, and site inductions as required.

What you’ll bring to the role
- Senior Customer Service Coordinator experience in a branch setting, leading by example in a team environment will be highly regarded
- Demonstrated resilience and ability to adapt to changing situations and customer demand
- Previous experience in a Platinum/Top Tier Customer team is desirable
- Team Leadership / People Management experience will be highly regarded
