As a Customer Service Coordinator at our Customer Support Centre in Dandenong, you'll become part of a supportive team that keeps our operations running smoothly.

 

This office-based role combines customer service, administration and operational coordination, with a strong focus on supporting customers and internal stakeholders over the phone and via email.

 

You'll enjoy variety in your role including:

  • Reviewing and processing applications and customer requests
  • Supporting allocation activities, including coordinating equipment, kit requirements and compliance checks
  • Providing support to internal and external customers via phone and email, with no face-to-face customer interaction
  • Managing enquiries and coordinating customer outcomes across multiple communication channels
  • Working across multiple systems to maintain accurate records, documentation and compliance information
  • Prioritising competing tasks and managing multiple workflows throughout the day
  • Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders across the business to deliver positive customer outcomes

What you’ll bring to the role

 

  • Experience in customer service, administration, coordination, contact centre or a similar office-based role
  • Strong communication skills and confidence supporting customers and stakeholders via phone and email
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and enquiries
  • Strong computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple systems and learn new technologies quickly
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • A proactive, team-focused approach and a commitment to delivering great customer outcomes
