As the Senior Customer Service Coordinator at our Coffs Harbour Branch, you’ll be responsible for providing a high level of assistance to the Branch Manager in the efficient management and general operation of the Branch.

You’ll enjoy variety in your role including:

  • Prioritize and ensure the safety of your team and Coates customers at all times.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire Sales Coordinators to provide exceptional customer service, fostering strong relationships that drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
  • Develop tailored solutions for customers by preparing accurate quotes, processing purchase orders, and managing hire agreements efficiently.
  • Oversee administrative tasks, asset management, and quality control to maintain operational excellence

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Experience in leading and supporting a team to achieve business goals.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in general computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Trade or previous experience in the hire industry is highly regarded.
