Based at our Belmont branch, this role sits at the centre of our operations, keeping equipment moving and customers supported.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and transport providers to coordinate deliveries from A to B, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time and cost-effectively.
This is a highly organised, systems-driven role suited to someone who enjoys coordination, problem-solving and staying across multiple moving parts.

What you’ll do
- Manage transport bookings through our transport management system
- Review job requests and allocate work to transport providers through our equipment hire system
- Coordinate deliveries by liaising with drivers, suppliers and internal teams
- Monitor job queues and keep work progressing on schedule
- Raise purchase orders and support invoicing and reconciliation
- Work closely with another Transport Coordinator to manage daily workflow
- Identify issues early and adjust plans to keep operations running smoothly
- Communicate proactively and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders

What you’ll bring
- Experience in an administrative, sales coordination or scheduling roles
- The ability to stay organised, manage multiple tasks and jobs, and confidently work across systems
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to proactively follow through and keep work progressing
- Experience working with systems that manage jobs, customers, or operational workflows and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- A team-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external partners
- Exposure to purchase orders, invoicing or reconciliation
