We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support the business in identifying and securing high-quality talent. In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with business leaders to manage end-to-end recruitment and build strong talent pipelines that support future hiring needs.

You’ll play a key role in proactively sourcing and engaging top-tier candidates, ensuring we’re always one step ahead when it comes to securing the right people for the right roles.  As a trusted partner, you’ll advise hiring managers through the recruitment process, build lasting relationships, and represent Coates as a true employer of choice.

 

You’ll enjoy variety in your role including:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including writing job ads, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, coach them on best practices, and support decision-making throughout the hiring process.
  • Champion Coates’ employee value proposition internally and externally.
  • Develop and maintain professional networks with recruitment specialists and industry contacts to support proactive sourcing and keep up to date with best practices.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • 3+ years’ experience in internal and/or external recruitment, with a strong understanding of end-to-end hiring processes. Experience within a national organisation will be highly regarded.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude, focused on delivering outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Well-planned and structured, with strong commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience using SAP SuccessFactors or similar recruitment and HR systems.
