- Permanent full-time position
- Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work
- Based out of Belmont
- Regular intrastate travel within Goldfields / Midwest Region.
As Senior Customer Service Coordinator, you will support branches across the Goldfields / Midwest region by providing relief when branch-based team members are on leave or when additional support is required. You will work closely with Branch Managers to ensure operational efficiency, compliance with policies and procedures and high-quality customer service and equipment solutions.
You’ll enjoy variety in your role including:
- Delivering exceptional customer service — you know that a happy customer becomes a returning customer, and you enjoy helping the team deliver on targets.
- Creating the best outcomes for our customers by developing quotes, raising purchase orders, and entering hire agreements.
- Running and recording daily pre-start meetings (and leading them when required).
- Ensuring the safety of your team and our customers.
- Working collaboratively with multiple branches and teams across the region.
- Assisting in the yard when needed, including helping load equipment.

What you’ll bring to the role
This is a senior role so you will have previous customer facing work experience, as well as:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Ability to support and lead a team
- A desire to provide amazing customer experience
- General computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Trade, or previous hire industry experience, will be highly regarded
