  • Permanent full-time position
  • Monday to Friday
  • Based out of Belmont or Kalgoorlie
  • Regular intrastate travel within Goldfields / Midwest Region.

 

Supporting branches across the Goldfields / Midwest region, this role is responsible for providing relief when our branch-based team members are on leave or where there is a demand for extra support, a high level of assistance to the Branch Managers ensuring efficiency in operations, compliance across policies and procedures, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service with their equipment solutions.

This in turn will assist meet branch revenue, fleet utilisation and customer loyalty targets within the Goldfields / Midwest Region.

 

You’ll enjoy variety in your role including:

  • Addressing customer needs in person, by phone and email
  • Generating hire schedules, quotes, and invoicing
  • Coordinating equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs & breakdowns
  • Drive and continually develop relentless customer service from all staff.
  • You may also occasionally need to assist customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment.
  • Organise and record daily prestart meetings. Lead when required.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Previous face-to-face customer service experience
  • A desire to provide amazing customer experience
  • General computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Capability to learn and absorb technical information
  • Ability to lift and no mobility restrictions
