Reporting to the Executive General Manager (EGM) of the Coates West Business Unit, this is an autonomous role that will enable the successful candidate to make their mark within Coates, with strong ownership of the branch and maintenance network and relationships with fleet supply chain and transport operations.
Acting in a strategic position, this role is accountable for the Perth Meto & Southwest region, overseeing the operations at multiple branches, upholding company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance and ensuring ability to grow revenue and profitability in due course.

- Safety: Leading with strong safety values, drive leading safety behaviours and participation rates to encourage risk awareness of the teams.
- Engagement: Lead and inspire the operational team and branch network to develop and deliver continuous improvement strategies
- Customer Service: Aligned with our customer service principles, put our customers at the centre of everything we do delivering differentiated customer experiences.
- Financial Performance: Mentor and guide the operational teams to ensure achievement of financial targets.
- Asset Performance: Optimise utilisation of asset fleet through labour and maintenance efficiencies, with supporting strategies to deliver benchmark R&M spend performance

What you’ll bring to the role
We are seeking a candidate with a proven ability to develop and lead a team with strong safety values, driving accountabilities for operational strategies and the ability to build a strong engagement culture with all staff and customers alike.
A commitment to customer service through proactive communication, transport efficiencies, fleet allocation and a collaborative branch network will ensure the regions ability to grow. Developing a close relationship with the sales, service and transport teams is critical to this role.
