The Power & HVAC Product Specialist will support our sales team with specialist knowledge of temporary power and HVAC products and systems.

As part of the Power & HVAC team you will have opportunity to develop your sales expertise, expand your technical knowledge and gain experience in temporary power generation, distribution, and compressed air systems. You will have access to multi discipline inhouse engineering and be supported by Australia’s largest rental company.

You’ll enjoy variety in your role including:

  • Lead direct selling efforts with a strategic focus on key customers and high-impact projects across diverse industries.
  • Drive product performance by developing tactical plans, supporting pricing strategies, and collaborating with sales to unlock new opportunities.
  • Enable the sales team by identifying product gaps, training on value propositions, and ensuring product alignment with customer needs.
  • Maximise product utilisation across the customer base through targeted campaigns and solution-based selling.

What you’ll bring to the role

This role would suit an air conditioning technician/refrigeration mechanic with supervision and account management experience.

  • Confidently present solutions to customers both in person and over the phone, tailoring your approach to meet diverse industry needs.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence, educate, and deliver impactful training to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in developing profitable, customer-centric solutions that drive sales growth and long-term value.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset to interpret performance data, uncover trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Relevant qualifications in Sales & Marketing, supported by hands-on experience in sales, product management, or business development.
