We’re on the lookout for an HR Coordinator (internally titled People Coordinator) to join our HR Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity if you’re early in your HR career, a recent graduate, or looking to transition from recruitment into a broader HR pathway. You’ll be a key point of contact for front-line managers, supervisors, and employees, providing advice and support across the full employee lifecycle - from recruitment to offboarding while maintaining data integrity in our HRIS system.
What You’ll Be Doing
Responding to employee enquiries via our organisational ticketing system
• Preparing employment contracts for new hires and internal moves
• Offering practical advice on HR policies and procedures to stakeholders at all levels
• Assisting with onboarding and creating a seamless employee experience
• Preparing HR reports and supporting insights for decision-making

What you’ll bring to the role
You’re ambitious, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact. You might be a recent HR or business graduate, a recruiter looking to broaden your HR experience or, early in your HR career and hungry for growth.
• HR or business qualification (highly desirable)
• Familiarity with EBA frameworks, Awards, and NES
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Business acumen and confidence liaising with stakeholders at all levels
• SAP SuccessFactors experience (desirable but not essential)
