  • Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm — no weekend work 

 

As a Customer Support Officer – Platinum, you'll be the first point of contact for our tier-one customers and major projects, understanding their needs and delivering solution-focused outcomes. Working closely with our branch network, transport and fleet teams, you'll help deliver an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to fulfilment. 

 

What you'll be doing 

 

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone, delivering exceptional customer service every time 

  • Providing customers with product and service information via email and web enquiries 

  • Sourcing equipment through our branch network to meet customer requirements 

  • Preparing quotes, hire schedules, invoices and purchase orders 

  • Coordinating equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs, changeovers and breakdowns 

  • Building strong customer relationships and providing proactive, solution-focused support 

 

What you'll bring 

 

  • Experience in customer service, sales support or a similar fast-paced environment 

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills 

  • Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset 

  • The ability to manage competing priorities and changing customer demands 

  • A high level of attention to detail, resilience and personal accountability 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook 

  • CRM experience is highly advantageous but not essential
