Title: Electrician - Field Service
Here’s how you’ll be part of our team
- Attractive hourly rates + penalty rates on overtime
- Permanent full-time position
- Monday to Friday roster, 7am start
As a Field Service Electrician based at our Coates Albert Park branch, your primary focus will be maintaining our Power and HVAC fleet. You will also have the flexibility to assist with our Engineering Solutions and general hire fleet in line with business needs.
Your typical day will focus on:
- Servicing and maintaining a wide range of electrical plant and equipment, primarily Power Generation and HVAC
- Undertaking electrical fault finding, repairs, and maintenance in line with applicable Australian Standards
- Load banking generators and repairing cables
- Responding promptly to equipment breakdowns and minimising downtime
- Maintaining strong customer relationships
Some regional travel as required

What you’ll bring to the role
- A Grade Electrical Licence with strong mechanical aptitude
- Dual trade Electrician/Diesel Mechanic highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience in fault finding and preventative maintenance across Power Generation, HVAC, and general hire fleet
- Strong customer service, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to varied conditions
- Sound electrical knowledge across different equipment types
- Current driver’s licence
- Forklift licence and EWP ticket desirable
- Experience with HVAC equipment desirable
- Experience with HV and power stations desirable
